Full Planning
starting at $2500
- Begin working with you as soon as you book
- Unlimited text or email communication
- Up to 5 face to face meetings as needed
- Monthly Check Ins
- Provide a wedding checklist
- Create a wedding budget
- Provide recommended vendors
- Assist in booking vendors and scheduling tastings/meetings
- Access to all decorations I currently own ( Greenery, Centerpieces, Candles, Runners, Signs, Mirrors, Easels, Barrels, Terrariums, Mason Jars, Artificial Flowers, Chargers, etc.)
- Arrange hotel blocks for out of town guests as needed
- Create wedding day timeline and distribute to all vendors
- Create ceremony and reception area layout
- Arrange and coordinate wedding rehearsal
- Be onsite for 10-12 hours Day of Wedding
- Oversee vendor setup of all spaces being used
- Set up personal décor (memory table, card box, seating chart, table numbers, etc.)
- Make sure wedding party is in place for ceremony
- Keep wedding on time according to timeline created prior to wedding day (entrances, dinner, speeches, bouquet and garter toss, exit, etc.)
- Oversee breakdown of venue
- Send wedding party on their way!

Special Details from PERFECT Moments
This is for the couple that knows what they want, but needs assistance in pulling it all together. They feel comfortable managing a budget and getting contracts with vendors, but need someone to overlook it all and style their big day. The best part of this package is that it includes access to my decor! I have a she shed full of different things and allow you to pick out what you would like and then I style your wedding with it.

This is the go to package for all DIY brides that just need a little help tying it all together. I will begin working with you 60 days prior to your wedding day to finish up all of the loose ends. This package includes communicating the timeline to all of your vendors and being onsite for up to 10 hours day of. It allows you to plan how you would like your big day, but leave someone else in charge to execute it day of!
